The village of Dilwyn, in Herefordshire has it’s show on Bank Holiday Monday. Having been associated with the show for about 15 years we have seen it grow from a small horse event to the large village show it is today. Good luck to the organisers that they are blessed with a dry week-end.
Hope upon hope that the Bank Holiday produces dry and sunny weather for South Shropshire Hunt’s Point-toPoint, at Eyton on Severn. The famous course running along the river Severn does not want too much rain to make a rather wet meeting.
Come on the lads, as TNS take on Bangor City at their Park Hall Ground at 3.00pm Saturday. A draw will put them top of the Welsh Premier, and move them up to the Champians League.
We are proud to provide portable toilets for ‘The Royal Irish Regiment’ from Tern Hill, when they receive the Freedom of Market Drayton. A parade through the town on Saturday will bring out the bunting and the crowds to chear on the troops.
Easter to us went without a hitch, but not so much the poor organisers. Hit with a real wet week-end, rain and wind putting a dampener on all there hard work in preparation. Punter numbers were definitely down on previous years. Our work was increased as in a lot of cases 4×4’s were required to fetch toilets from wet hills and dales. Plus the extra work required to wash some very muddy units!
Friday, 9.30am the PSE Committee will sit down to dissect the recent Expo2012 at Telford. The Meeting to be held at Challenger Site Services, Ashton Under Lyne, Manchester.

Then you can all move on to Bank Holiday Monday to the unique Eyton course, with its bank great to sit on in the sun, giving a panaramic view of all the course. Great Whitley will be listening to the sound of older motor bikes as RED MARLEY Hill climb takes place Easter Sunday/ Monday. 50 Toilets will be there for the fantastic sprint to the top of the steep hill. Hope that the dry weather returns for the organisers on this steep slopping venue.
